Super 8 by Wyndham Helena

The gentleman at the front counter was ALWAYS so friendly and helpful. We stayed here a few years ago and our room and some of the hall stank as well as the older gentleman at the front counter looked at us but sis not greet us and turned his back talking to the other staff ignoring us for a minimum of 5 min. It was not a good experience. We debating giving this location a second chance coming all the way from Hawaii to visit. I am glad we gave it another shot. The staff was friendly. Our room smelled fresh and looked like it had newer carpet and bedding. Has microwave and fridge as well as a closet and drawer area. It could use a painting in areas but over all it was a great stay. We tried the breakfast , they offered waffles, cereal, muffins, toast, coffee, yogurt and 3 diff types of juices. It was a quiet stay. There are other hotels, restaurants, shops and casinos around. Again I am glad we have this place another chance. I wish I caught the young man’s name that checked us In and answered questions we had during the stay.

The beds were soooooo comfortable and there was one employee that worked nights who was super nice. It satisfied everything we needed for a two day stay.

Good value. Comfortable room. Breakfast was simple. Location was very convenient with dinner restaurants within walking distance

Staff was great. Very polite.

For what we needed for the night, it was perfect and affordable.
